debit card issues

    I am starting a new site simply to blog. I don’t understand why my debit card is being declined? I recently changed my address and could this be the problem?

    Hi there,

    Sometimes your bank may block the transaction, even if your card works for other purchases. Please contact your bank to confirm that they are not blocking transactions from WordPress.com. Also, make sure that your card is valid for online and international transactions.
