Debit card not accepted for payment

I entered my debit card to make payment and it keeps rejecting it. I use this card on other sites with no problems.

For what site are you trying to buy an upgrade? There are no sites at all in your account, so it’s impossible to buy any upgrade for this account.
If you can post here as the username you’re trying to use to buy an upgrade I can check if there are any errors in that account.

Hello, I am trying to pay my fee for Akismet which is $5 a month. It keeps saying my card is invalid and the card is new. I have a Wealthy Affiliates account as well. I will check with the bank to see if they have a block on my card of some sort. But I’ve never had a problem with any other accounts.

Right. We’re not able to help with Akismet payments in this forum as it’s completely separate from the WordPress.com payment system.
