Debugging critical error

I keep getting a critical error message when updating my site (or attempting to) that says something about an admin inbox, but there’s no actions I can see that need taken. Please help!

That site is not hosted on WordPress.com, but using the open source WordPress.org software at another hosting provider. We’re only able to help with sites hosted on our servers at WordPress.com.
Please ask the WordPress.org community for advice instead. They provide support for the version of WordPress you’re using:
