Debut Hero Slider

    My Debut – Hero Slider is not working. I’ve checked using Safari, Chrome and Firefox in my MacBook Air.

    The hero slider refers to the large slider on the Home Page Template. When it comes to sliders the images we use must be the correct dimensions specified by the theme. Hero slider images must be 940 x 350 pixels to display in the slider.

    I hope that helps but as your theme is a premium theme and we Volunteers answering questions on this forum have no access to them and no knowledge of how they are designed to operate beyond the Theme Showcase desriptions and live demo links. When you purchased your premium theme what came with that purchase was support directly from the theme designer in the Premium Theme Support Forum. There is a link for the specific Premium Theme support forum under Appearance -> Themes in your blog’s Dashboard If what I posted does not help then you will have to post there for assistance.
