deceased admin/want to backup site

our website administrator has passed away, and until we are able to contact his family, we would like to backup our website – I have password access to the site, but not as an admin – there is no plug-in (widget?) We are not sure if he hosted the website as part of his IT business or just paid for it separately or if that makes any difference.

That site isn’t hosted on our servers here at WordPress.com, so we don’t have any control over that site.
The domain, w9vcl.com, is registered through GoDaddy.com, and based on the IP address the site showing at that domain is hosted on https://www.liquidweb.com/, so please contact those companies directly to gain control over the domain and site respectively.
