  “If I will pay the domain and I will continue to pay every year , but, at this time I will die, what happen with my blog? “
  At my question is not this answer .
  Well i understand that WordPress will shut down one website blog owner when his owner is dead considering that third party (friend or relative) will not take the financial responsability.
  Your answer contain only two options :
  1. to make a private blog
  or
  2. to transfer the account to another owner
  In another words Wp. will not “freeze” this blog.
