    I don’t see any paid subscriptions under the account you’re reaching from. From what you wrote, I understand you don’t know the address of the site in question?

    I’d advise searching for the charge at https://wpchrg.wordpress.com/.

    If the charge comes from WordPress.com, you’ll be able to use the Contact Us link on that page to contact our billing support team directly for further help with this. We’ll need to get some additional information from you to track down the transaction, and we cannot discuss those here in the public forums.
