Deceptive Site Ahead

  Hello everyone, I could use some help. Starting yesterday I have been having issues with my website and customers receiving a red screen that reads ‘deceptive site ahead.’ I am a novice when it comes to WordPress. On Google Search Console I found the issue URL’s that go to a spam dropbox phishing page. My question is, how do I get rid of these pages and secure my site? Thanks in advance for any help.
