  I have a private webhosting site and A personal domin name. how do I sign up

  I don’t have a site with WordPress.com yet

  By this do you mean that you have created a site already that you are hosting privately or locally on a server/computer?

  If so, could you tell us a little more about that site? For example, is the site using WordPress software, along with custom third-party plugins and/or a theme?
