I can not process my payments for a plan. The payment is done through my debit card. According to my bank two step verification is not available in your website. Please clarify how to pay

Hi! I’m not sure what you mean by two step verification. We have this, but it’s unrelated to payments:
I checked your account, though, and everything on this side seems to be okay. Usually “declined” means it’s something on the card/bank end of things. Can you contact the once more?
