Decrease font size for Leave a Reply

  So I’d like to decrease the font size for the Leave a Reply text (I’ve customized mine to say “Say Somethin'”) without it affecting my other headings.

  I’ve tried about a dozen different tags based on what I’ve found in the forum but nothing is working.

  Could you please tell me what the tag would be for this? Any help is appreciated.
