Hello there!
What you’d like to do formatting-wise can be done with an adjustment to the CSS code because you have the Premium upgrade.
To accomplish the line-height adjustment, click Appearance → Customize in your site’s Dashboard. Then, click CSS in your right-hand menu. In the CSS Revisions box, please paste the following underneath all existing text:
.entry-content, .entry-summary {
line-height: normal;
}Then Save your changes.
That should do the trick! If I can help in any other way, please drop me a line. Cheers :)

Hi again,
I tried the above advice with no luck.
From your initial question, it sounded as if you simply needed to decrease line height. Can you describe what you’re hoping to accomplish in greater detail so I can be of help?
Thanks.

Thanks so much for your support.
I would like to be able to decrease the spacing between lines (it currently appears that there is a paragraph between lines). I also want to be able to include new paragraphs, but any changes I make to blog posts do not appear when it it published. For example, I posted the poem (below) however it does not appear this way in the blog post (http://an-onoma.com/2014/10/23/the-lover-2/)
Our world
Four grey walls
A tangle of sun-kissed limbs and tousled sheets
Stars stretching across our spinesI collapse into you
A mass of pressing flesh, salted skin and hungry kisses
Arched backs and clenched toes
Fingers dancing across contours
Our bodies carving canyons in your bedThrough tired lips we converse
Soft moans and prayers into pillowcases
Empty words exhaledBathed in morning light
Our world contractsYou can only see fractions of the woman beside you
Flesh and breath
Unpolished and unpaintedYou cannot see her
Dreams coiled beneath her bones
Galaxies sitting behind her eyes
Heart cradled in her handsYou cannot see me
You are just passing time

Hello again,
This is helpful. Thanks for the added details.
Here’s a little trick that will help with editing as you want:
- Click on the following link to open The Lover in the editor:
https://anonomadotcom.wordpress.com/wp-admin/post.php?post=78&action=edit - Click on the Text tab. Usually the Visual tab is open by default.
- Removed the extra line breaks between the lines of poetry.
- Return to your Visual tab and make any formatting adjustments you’d like.
- Click to Update your changes.
Let me know how that worked for you.
For the future, when you’re in the Visual tab, our system interprets a click of the Return/Enter key as a new paragraph.
However, if you do this in the Text tab, HTML is not being added to the text.
I hope this helps! If you have any other concerns, drop me a note. Thanks much!
