Decrease Top Menu Bar Size, Remove Dark Overlay on Header Image

  Hi all, I was wondering if someone could help me out with my blog?

  I’m using the Baskerville theme, and trying to decrease the size of the top menu bar, and I don’t know how to remove the dark overlay that exists on my header image right now. Would appreciate some help with either or both, problems!
