Decreasing space between header and body text

  Is there a way to decrease the space that separates the heading from the body text? I used CSS to decrease the space between text and a bulleted or numbered list, but I can’t seem to figure this out.

  Hi there, I’m not seeing a space between the content and the menu or between the titles of the posts and the content. If I am misunderstanding, please let me know.
