decrypted footer w/ sidebar

  Hello, i have a theme, which has encrypted footer with sidebar in it, so when i decrypt it then it doesn’t responds to qtranslate and it doesn’t change language of the blog AND qtranslate tags won’t work in that sidebar, also if i don’t decrypt footer then i couldn’t customize it, so the problem is, how to decrypt footer without any effects on sidebar OR having qtranslate working normally? I hope you understand what i mean. Thanks in advance.
