dedicated headlines page? how?

  i need a dedicated headlines page, i had one theme which had a dedicated headlines page in it but then i changed my theme and dont know how to make one?

  anybody know how?

  also, when i do manage to make one will it have the same url as the old headlines page or will i not be able to find out? (ie will I need to update any links that are supposed to go to it)

  If you’re using a theme that doesn’t have one, you have to type the entries and link them yourself, by hand. And if you have the exact same title, you will probably have the same URL for it
