    I am writing to express my profound dissatisfaction with the level of service I have received from WordPress.com. Despite the promises of premium support and reliable service, my experience has been anything but satisfactory. Here are the specific issues I have encountered:1. Persistent Site Access Issues Post-Migration

    After migrating my site to WordPress.com, I have faced significant problems accessing my website across various browsers. The site only loads correctly on Firefox, while other browsers either fail to display the site correctly or revert to pre-migration states. This inconsistency is unacceptable and has yet to be resolved despite multiple requests for assistance.2. Severe Delays in Support Response

    I have contacted the support team multiple times, only to be met with delays and inadequate responses. For over 12 hours, I have received no meaningful communication regarding the critical issues affecting my site. This lack of responsiveness is directly impacting my business operations and is a far cry from the premium service that was advertised.3. Unauthorized Changes to Site Structure

    At one point, unauthorized changes were made to my site, including the removal of dynamic pages, which I did not approve. These changes have disrupted my content scheduling and advertising plans, further compounding the issues I am facing. Such actions are unacceptable and demonstrate a serious lapse in service quality.4. Unreliable Chat Support

    The chat support system has been nothing short of frustrating. The chat window often fails to display messages properly, and even when I manage to send a message, the response is either delayed or non-existent. This is a basic functionality that should work flawlessly, especially for a service that claims to offer premium support.5. Impact on Business Operations

    Due to these unresolved issues, my business has suffered significant setbacks. I have lost valuable time troubleshooting problems that should never have occurred in the first place, and the delays in resolving these issues have directly impacted my ability to operate effectively.

    I am deeply disappointed with the service I have received from WordPress.com. The platform’s inability to address these critical issues in a timely and effective manner is unacceptable. I am posting this publicly to hold WordPress.com accountable and to urge the support team to take immediate and decisive action to resolve these ongoing problems.

    If these issues are not addressed promptly, I will be forced to reconsider my use of WordPress.com and explore alternative platforms that can meet the standards of service I was promised.

    I expect an immediate response and a clear plan to resolve all outstanding issues.

    I agree, it has been a constant issue since woocommerce.com uses wordpress.com for sign in. Weeks I’ve spent when I asked simply, can you just look up my website and see what emails/accounts are attached to it. Nope. I haven’t been able to do anything to my website for 6 weeks now because of this. Chat is never a person. There is no phone number, and tix submitted are ignored. Disgusting and unethical and criminal in my mind in this way if doing business.

    yes, I don’t think that there is any urgency to improve the customer service, unfortunately.

    it used to be very responsive and even live, but that is the past I would say. People need to remember this when it is time to renew.
