Deeply Personal Problem

Hello,
I have been using the blog tshuka.wordpress.com as my personal journal for over a decade. This blog is a crucial part of my therapeutic process, where I review past entries and write new ones with my psychotherapist to address and resolve years of childhood trauma. Given the sensitive nature of the content, it has always been kept private. It is my ‘sacred space’ online.
Recently, when attempting to log in, I received a message stating that I was ‘blocked for security purposes.’ This was unexpected as I did not do this myself, raising concerns that someone else may have tried to access my account. Further investigation revealed that my email address is no longer associated with the account.
I’m unsure what happened—either someone accessed my account, switched the email address, deleted the authentication emails so I do not have a record of them, and locked me out, or there is another issue.
Attempts to reset the password using my email have been unsuccessful as the blog ‘tshuka’ no longer appears under my account. Considering the possibility that I may have forgotten the email address used during registration, I tried to recover it but lack the required authentication documents. Despite thorough searching, I could not find any of the necessary emails.
I am seeking assistance in one of the following ways:
If possible, please provide the original email address associated with my account. This would enable me to log in and verify my identity using that information.
Alternatively, if you can confirm whether (email visible only to moderators and staff) was associated with the account and recently switched to a different email, I will know that the account and my email were compromised and necessary steps can be taken to escalate the issue with Gmail.
Resolving this issue is extremely important to me as this blog holds immense personal value. I have subscribed to an Explorer plan specifically to obtain priority support for this matter.Please note that the activation URL I provided relates to a different blog, not tshuka.wordpress.com.

I’m sorry this has been happening, I understand the urgency with getting back into your account.
The account associated with the site tshuka.blog was locked after too many login attempts. I sent a password reset email to the address associated with that site.
I can’t share what email address that is, both because this is a public forum and because we need confirmation from the verified account owner to share this information with another user account, so you’ll want to check all of your email addresses to find the one which received this password reset email.

Thank you. The account is tshuka.wordpress.com (not tshuka.blog), and I did not receive an email. This is exactly the problem. The email address I believe to be associated with the account does not yield any emails. Could you can confirm whether (email visible only to moderators and staff) was associated with the account and recently switched to a different email? The posts are vast and go so far back, that I can tell you what I posted in there in great detail. Also, my profile picture on there is a photo of myself, which I can also verify.

Thanks for clarifying which site/account you need help accessing. For security and privacy reasons, it’s not possible to confirm the email addresses used on any account.
Have you tried to set the password with either the username or email address that you previously used to access the dashboard?
