Defamatory content

    Dear WordPress team!

    I am writing to you about an article that has been published about me (on a wordpress blog) a while ago and contains defamatory statements. I, naively, hoped that in time, the article would stop turning up as one of the top 3 search results when someone googles me but it still does. I was wondering whether it would be possible to remove the article from google’s search results, as I feel that it contains libelous statements that might affect my career prospects.
