Default edit mode switched to text, how can I switch it back to visual?

    Several weeks ago I noticed that the default edit mode had switched from visual to text. I’ve looked through the forums and tried to see if I accidentally ticked/unticked something, but cannot find any settings for this. This happens across multiple machines and browsers. How can I reset it so it is visual mode across all my blogs?
