  I need to change the default email address on my profile. The current email address ((email visible only to moderators and staff)) no longer exists due to a problem with my email provider. I tried to change it in the “general settings” area but got an error message that the email address I changed it to “already exists”. I would like to change it to (email visible only to moderators and staff). Please help. Thanks, Ligia

  This error message means the new email address is already used with a different account.

  Email address can’t be shared between accounts. One email address can be used only on one account. Looks like you have another account
  that is using the email address you are hoping to update.
