Default Header

    I am customizing a WordPress page and have a menu hyperlinked to various pages.

    When I modify the title of the page (ie. Contact Us), it also changes the menu title. Is there any way to just modify one or the other and not both? I want them as separate titles, but I can’t make it a header HTML because I am using the WordPress format at the moment and not a template.
