Default Pictures Missing?

  Most every tutorial for starting a website on you tube in wordpress.org or .com has default picture included when you select a theme, is that still happening or do I have a bug?
  The only picture I have is the one for my header that I made.

  That theme does not have any images: http://theme.wordpress.com/themes/expound/

  The pictures in that preview are just examples from blog posts. NO theme looks the way it should until you have four or five posts up. Just get a few posts done and then worry about the way it looks.
