  What are the default plugins installed in a free WordPress.com blog?

  There is no FTP access to wordpress.com blogs. We are all on a wordpressMU multiuser blogging platform and we cannot upload individual plugins. If you want to know which ones have been installed on this pltaform you will have to contact Staff directly. http://en.support.wordpress.com/contact/

  If you wish to have a blog with FTP access and plugins you can hire a web host and download a free software install from wordpress.org.
