Default posterous importer is missing

hi, i am running a new self hosted wordpress instalation in version 3.5.1 at beatingalpha.com

I would like to import data from my old blog (at lechiffre.posterous.com) to my new wordpress instalation. The problem is that in my self hosted installation I can not find the importer (screenshot):

If I check in into my other wordpress which is not self hosted and is provided by wordpress, I can find it (screenshot):

What am I doing wrong? I have the latest version but for some reason some importers are missing. Any ideas?
    Thanks a lot!!!

    Jake

That’s not as free hosted WordPress.com blog that you are referring to. If you don’t have a username account at WordPress.org click http://wordpress.org/support/ and register one on the top right hand corner of the page that opens, so you can post to the support forums there and receive advice from WordPress.org bloggers.
