Default register user AND blog-url

Hi,
I am a developper and i also have about 5 blogs on wordpress and helping others also.
It happens to often that one gets mixed up in names, the user-account and the blog-account.
When you open a new blog under an existing user, you forget you might need it with the same username. You even don’t get the option to create the user with the same name. I could not found how to get the username later.
To be sure, I just tested this. Before I knew, I made another blog, but that was not my intention…. It would be much better to get an alert/warning which gives you some important information and which you need to confirm.
Same happens if you make a user account without a blog attached. I searched how I could make the blog afterwards but could not find it. I also tried some things. But it did not work out. So i asked for support yesterday. Before it was answered i found it by accident: logged in as the user, go to the same-name blog url and it gave me the option to register is!! Jipppiiii
But why is it so difficult to find??? :(
Most bloggers dont know much about IT as someone like me. So for them it must be even harder. And they give up and go to an other blogsite.For now i have:
divaeloper as blog ánd user
divaelopper only as blog, not as user
still cannot find a way to fix thist. For me it is not important any more, cause i will use the 1x p -version (divaeloper). But it would be nice to have an easy fix for this too.I hope you can make this a lot easier!
Give people always access to the username and blogname, independent of how they registered. And provide them with an easy-to-find link where to open the missing username or blogname.
