defective carousel in galleries

  I have set up galleries to show my work and when I click on each image and the carousel comes up instead of having the black background that should appear, I can still see the main gallery and it all looks like a mess… if it’s confusing please go to my galleries and click on sculpture and then on a image and you’ll see what I mean, this happens on big screens and smartphones but not on tablets… please help

  Hey there!

  This is an issue we’re currently investigating. It seems to be affecting users of Chrome and Microsoft Edge on Windows operating systems.

  We recently put out a fix that we think may have corrected this, so if you’re still having problems with this, could you let us know in this thread so we can investigate further?

  Note that it may be beneficial to refresh your site and clear your cache and cookies as well.
