Hi,
Is it possible to cancel the premium package and go back to a beginner one?
Thanks for answering

Hi Lyna,
It looks like you’ve had the Premium plan since February 22, 2014. At that length of time I cannot refund the Premium plan or your domain, mybigfatlebanesewedding.net .
Since you do not have auto-renew enabled, you will not be charged further. So you can just let the Premium plan expire in February. Once it expires you’ll be back at the free level.
Would you like to renew the domain, mybigfatlebanesewedding.net, without the Premium plan? That would cost €15, anytime between now and February 22. Please let me know and I can separate the domain from the Premium plan for you.

Thank you for your reply, Alex.
What if I don’t renew the premium plan? Do I go back to http://www.mybigfatlebanesewedding.wordpress.com and the free plan? Do I loose the data or would it stay as is?
thanks again

Hi Lyna,
If you choose to renew nothing, your website and all of its data (posts/pages/comments/media) will still be available at mybigfatlebanesewedding.wordpress.com
You’ll just go back to seeing Ads sometimes served on your site, any Custom Design changes you made (colors / fonts / CSS) will not appear, and any audio or video files you’re hosting in the media library will not work. (The audio/video files will still be held, not deleted, but won’t be available for use on your site.)
If you choose to renew just the domain (the €15 option) your site will look just like the free version, but you can keep using mybigfatlebanesewedding.net instead of mybigfatlebanesewedding.wordpress.com
Let me know which you’d prefer. :)
