Degraded quality of blog icon/picture

  I’ve uploaded my custom blog icon, but when I open my blog, favicon looks similar, with very degraded quality. While when I try to resize the image in some image editor to 16x16px, it isn’t so degraded and is readable.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)
