If you would like to delete your entire site, in the Administration Screens, go to Tools > Delete Site.
This is permanent and you cannot go back or use that site name again.
If you would like to delete your posts but keep your site, go to Posts and select all the posts and use the Bulk Edit feature at the top of the list to delete all the posts (move them to trash). Do the same with Pages.
If you would like to change your email address, you may change it in your Settings > General and in your Users > My Profile areas but the site must still have a contact email address.
