delate a website option not available

  Hi,
  I used to own PlusPositive Tutoring and the website is http://www.pluspositivetutoring.co.uk and com.

  This no longer exists and I want the website removed.

  The website was created and paid to do so by another person. PlusPositive Tutoring owner of the website (myself) has tried to delate the website and I am not able to and there is no option to. I am the sole administrator of the website.

  Correct account: Yes

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to moderators and staff)

  According to whois info that site isn’t running on the wordpress.com platform but is hosted by IONOS. You must their support to solve this problem.

  thank you – I am receiving emails from WordPress about the website auto updated so it is weird.

  Those emails are send by (email visible only to moderators and staff) but (email visible only to moderators and staff). They are send automatically by your website which uses the open source wordpress.org

  Wordpress.org is only the software your site uses. As I already said “your site is hosted by IONOS. You must their support to solve this problem.”

  ‘you must their support to solve this problem’ does not make sense. I’m aware site is hosted by IONOS. The next part of your sentence is not clear but thanks!

  @staartmees accidentally missed out the word “contact”. You’ll most likely need to reach out to whoever built your site Or contact IONOS as they are who someone somewhere is paying for that domain. You say you are the admin for that site. The WordPress.org software the site uses is available free of charge and not the issue here.
