  Hi zosiatozrobi,

  You can delete your site by following steps mentioned in this support page:

  Delete a Website

  Note that deleting a site permanently removes it and you’ll never be able to re-use its WordPress.com address (such as zosiatozrobi.wordpress.com)

  If you just want to start over and keep same WordPress.com address, then, what you want to do is to empty your site content and you can refer how it’s done on this support page: https://en.support.wordpress.com/empty-site/
