Delate second lateral bar

  Hi,
  I don´t really know how to say this in English, but I will try!

  I want to delete all the widgets in me second lateral bar (the menu of the right). Now I just put one witdget, “categories” but if I delete that, apears some stuff that I don´t like.

  Is posible to take everything out of the right menu for see the page more big?

  I guess it is not possible to have the sidebar removed. It’s just the way that the Oxygen Theme is created, so when you have no widgets set, there will be shown some default ones instead of increasing the reading area.

  Oxygen offers seven widget areas:

  The Primary Sidebar displays categories and archives by default, and the Secondary Sidebar displays search, links, and meta by default if no widgets are configured in Appearance → Widgets.

  he four Footer Columns and After Post widget areas are optional and will display only when configured. The After Post widget is handy for including a brief author description or perhaps a list of tags or categories to help readers more effectively discover your awesome content.

  So it seems that the primary and secondary widget areas are not optional.

  Unfortunately, in order to have more reading area, you should consider to choose another theme.
