Delay in refund

Hi! I had cancelled my auto subscription with my bank for the website and the upgrade but the auto debit went through and now I’m chasing a refund for the services I didn’t need. It’s been more than 7-10 working days since I filed for it. It is inconvenient enough to have to raise a refund for something I didn’t wish to pay for. Please if someone can help me get my money.

You just have to wait untill your bank has resolved this issue, which can take up to 80 days.

How were you able to debit my account when I had cancelled the subscription well in advance? How much time does it take for your system to recognise that a subscription has been cancelled from the bank’s end? Might I add, it’s not a chargeback on a credit card payment that it would take 80 days. It’s an auto debit from my bank account. You need to release my funds because I didn’t want your service.
