Delayed Refund

  I cancelled a personal plan subscription yesterday as soon as I completed the purchase, because I thought a premium plan is what I need, but the amount is yet to be reflected on my bank account balance as refunded. How long does it take for such a refund to be effected?

  It usually takes 10 days to show refund in your Bank or Credit card statement, and it also depends on the bank.

  Hi barnabasitc,

  I’ve checked your account and a full refund was issued on 3rd July 2018 — there is confirmation of this in your Billing History:

  https://wordpress.com/me/purchases/billing

  As @vishalmukadam mentioned, refunds can take up to 10 business days to show on your statement so you can expect to receive it around that time.

  The money has been sent from our side so please keep an eye on your statement.
