Delayed Refund

    Hello, how long does it take to get a refund? I assumed it was 10 days but its been over 10 days & i’ve been expecting 2 of my refunds to be returned however haven’t received them yet

    Hi, generally we suggest allowing 10-15 working days (not including weekends and holidays); this does somewhat depend on your card provider however and it’s worth bearing in mind that sometimes they don’t show the refund as “money in”, but instead the original charge may simply be removed from your statement.
