Delays Updating??

  I’ve recently started to have problems with updating themes, widgets and everything else.I currently have the Premium News Themes and when I make css changes to them, using the using the Premium News Css set option under design I get problems. It takes a while to update, or doesn’t update at all.

  This started recently and I was running WP 2.5. I tried upgrading to 2.6, no change. Did an uninstall and re-installed it again. But the same problem occurs.

  Can someone help me with this.
