  Our website is continuously crashing and it says there’s a critical error. Please help, this is a business and its critical for our website to be up

  I can see your site is not hosted on WordPress.com and uses open-source WordPress software (from WordPress.org) and this forum is focused on sites hosted on WordPress.com.
