delelte follower on prived blog

  i read on one of the forums chat that someone can help with delete followers from a prived blog.
  My question is ofcourse can someone do that for me or help me with it.
  I have a private blog but suddenly there was a follower Emily named. That’s the one that i will have delete.

  I hope that someone can help me.
