The letters ‘pr’ in the ‘pregavis’ are deleted by copying.
It isn’t possible to attach a screenshot to your reply, so please upload it to your Media Library so I can take a look.
Are you copying the URL from your browser’s address bar or somewhere on your site? Also, are the characters missing when pasting them into the editor of a post or page?
