  Hello!
  My username is “Y”!

  I deleted a blog, with the username “Y” and the name “X”!

  How do I create another blog, with the same name “X”

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  That is not possible. Once deleted, the blogname is gone forever.
