Delet website

    I want to delete my site and my account, but this is what I see, when I want to delete: We are still in the process of removing one or more of your sites. This process normally takes 15-20 minutes. Once removal is completed, you should be able to close your account from this page.

    What can I do? Please help me, thank you!

    Hi there,

    It seems that your site still retained some of the features of the Creator plan it used to have, that’s why you could not delete it.

    I have reverted your site, and now you can delete the site by clicking on the Delete your site permanently button at the bottom of this page: https://wordpress.com/settings/general/niubilifeshop.wordpress.com

    After that, you’ll be able to close your account by using the Close your account permanently button at the bottom of this page: https://wordpress.com/me/account
