  The blog linked to your username and the one linked in the OP are both blogs on .wordpress.com sub-domains. If you want to delete a blog take note that blog deletion is permanent and the blog address ie.URl can never be used again.
  To delete or cancel a blog, go to Tools -> Delete Site in your Dashboard.

  If you want to keep the blog URL for fture use you can that easily delete all blog content by yourself.
