Hi there!
You can delete your blog through your Tools -> Delete Site page here: https://karninamarie.wordpress.com/wp-admin/tools.php?page=delete-blog
Here’s a helpful article on how to do that:
https://en.support.wordpress.com/delete-site/However, your WordPress.com account including your log in information cannot be deleted for security purposes.
Here’s more information on that;

As @elzrjose said, you can’t delete your account, but you can render it effectively inactive.The only details you were required to provide when signing up for your account was an email address. WordPress.com will never send you spam to that email address and also won’t sell it to third parties, as clearly stated in their privacy policy. You can disable all email notifications from your account settings:
https://en.support.wordpress.com/email-notifications/If you change that email to a throwaway address there will be no way your account could ever be linked to you. Any other details that you added yourself, you also have the power to delete yourself. See timethief’s instructions in this post on how to do that: http://onecoolsitebloggingtips.com/2012/06/02/deleting-accounts-blogs-and-content/
If you used your real name as your username you can change that to a random username that cannot be connected to you. The existing username will then cease to exist and won’t be available for anyone, including you, to ever use again: http://en.support.wordpress.com/change-your-username/
Also be aware that cached copies of your site may remain on search engines for several weeks after you delete it here. WordPress.com has no control over this and you’ll have to contact the various search engines directly to have it removed from their respective caches.
