Delete 2 Former Domain Names

    I want my domain name to be dyannmaddox.com, and I want the other two deleted that are under my name so I can set up the website correctly. I have not been able to set it up because I am just starting, and don’t know how. I paid for website in December 2016. But later found out that I had already set up a domain on October 21st. I had forgotten it. I want to hurry and get the website established, if I can. You all are kind, smart, and great. I really need you. Thanks for your help. From Dy Ann Maddox

    Hi Dy Ann,

    I want my domain name to be dyannmaddox.com

    If you own this domain, you can ‘map’ it to your WordPress.com site using Domain Mapping:

    https://en.support.wordpress.com/map-existing-domain/

    To do so, you will need a paid WordPress.com plan. The plan includes a free domain credit which you can use to map your domain (or register a new one).

    There are no custom domains listed in the WordPress.com account you are logged in to (dyannmaddox). Did you purchase them using a different account?

    What is the domain you registered on October 21st?
