Why can’t I delete one of my blogs eventhough I know my password
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

The answer is likely to be that (1) you are not logged in under the exact same WordPress.COM username account that registered the site, or (2) the site is no hosted by wordpress.COM (it’s a wordpress.ORG install) and you are posting to the wrong support forum
All blogs are independent websites. What you do on one has NO impact on others. To delete a WordPress.COM hosted blog you must be logged in as Admin under the exact same username account that registered the blog to navigate to Dashboard > Tools > Delete Site. The guide is here http://en.support.wordpress.com/delete-site/
What is the exact URL starting with http:// of the site you refer to please?
And, exactly which username account registered that site?
I’m asking because we cannot accurately answer questions posted here until we have confirmed the URL referred to and verified the hosting. And, that is why we are all prompted to provide the relevant URL when we create a new thread.
re: wordpress.com site deletion
Deleted blog URLs are not recycled, regardless of who registered and deleted them and no exceptions are made except for the one stated here http://en.support.wordpress.com/recycling-blog-names/Alternatively, to change blog visibility to Private go to > Settings > Reading scroll to Blog Visibility and choose option 3. See the guide here http://en.support.wordpress.com/settings/privacy-settings
