  I can’t figure out how to delete WordPress for my account. It doesn’t show up under general settings and I never paid for anything through WordPress. Thanks

  Hi @robinconnelly, can you clarify what you’re hoping to get rid of? I see you have an older site here on WordPress.com, and this username. What aspect of that are you hoping to get rid of, and what do you hope to keep?

  Hi there,

  To delete your WordPress.com site, http://robinconnelly.wordpress.com/, click on My Sites ->Switch Site, and select that site. Then go to Settings ->General to delete it.

  Your other site, dev.robinconnelly.com, is not hosted on WordPress.com, but just connected here via the Jetpack plugin. We can remove that connection for you, but if you still have a site at that domain, you need to contact the hosting provider where you hosted that site directly to delete the site itself.

  If you want to delete your WordPress.com account completely, you can do that from the account settings screen at https://wordpress.com/me/account. That will automatically delete your WordPress.com site and terminate the Jetpack connection for the other site as well:
