  Hi there,

  If you wish to delete a free hosted WordPress.com account, you must be logged in under the same username. Deleting a site permanently removes it and you’ll never be able to re-use it.

  Hi there, you opened multiple threads but in the other threads you mentioned you want a refund for your upgrade plan.

  Refunds for upgrade plans are available for 14-days from date of purchase, 96 hours for custom domains if you registered one as a part of your upgrade plan. If you fall within that refund period you can initiate the refund process in your Purchases dashboard. https://wordpress.com/support/refunds/

  Please do not delete your site until the refund process completes. Then you can follow the guide that @amiteshg93 linked to.
