Okay, so I was trying to set up a Word press account, but when I went to do it, it said I already had one (Not this one), so at the log in page my mac had already saved the password from 2 years ago it just logged me in, and I decided to just go ahead and buy a domain, not realizing that when I logged out I had no idea what my password was, and I have no idea how to get into that email address, I tried. But I really don’t want to have to pay for a domain that I obviously can’t use, and get charged every year for it. So how do I just delete it all, if I can’t get in??

To be able to manage any WordPress service, you need to be able to be logged in as the owner of the account, there is no other way, you can try to recover us using Lost Password, Reset Password, or if you have the needed information when you created the account, you could use that, read more about it in this support document,
