  I can’t delete my site and it won’t let me remove it. I’ve followed all instructions provided. Please delete my site and REFUND todays domain mapping purchase as I DO NOT want it

  Hi vpwolfram,
  If you have followed all the steps from the support page https://en.support.wordpress.com/delete-site/ and were unsuccessful I have add a modlook tag so staff can take a look.

  You can check out info about Refunds I copied some relevant info below
  Purchases made on WordPress.com can be canceled and refunded during the refund period.

  For new domain registrations, you must cancel within 48 hours of purchase to receive a refund. There are no refunds, pro-rated or otherwise, after 48 hours.

  For plans and all other purchases, you must cancel within 30 days of purchase to receive a refund. If you used the domain credit to register a new domain, the normal cost of registration will be deducted from your refund. If you mapped an existing domain, or never used a domain, you will receive a full refund. There are no refunds, pro-rated or otherwise, after 30 days.

  You can do most of this through managing purchases page from your profile

  Thanks. The manage page doesn’t give me any options to delete or cancel so a staff member will have to handle it. I await their response.

  Hi vpwolfram,

  The premium theme on vanessawolframblogdotcom.wordpress.com is preventing the site from being deleted. I’ve just removed it so you should be able to delete the site now:

  Hi taranwanders,

  No problem at all — if you can’t see the account purchases you wouldn’t know it was there :)
